First time I'd seen it, which is why I posted it.

Be ideal for a stock filler.

Agree I bought the jabra BT325S for my ps3, well I bought two because they were £4.50 each. Bargin headset, good quality build quality could be a little better.:thumbsup:

Someone just lent me a Jabra BTxxx (can't remember what version) headset for use with my PS3 whilst I wait for SOCOM to eventually be released.

It is quite good although the battery life doesn't seem very good and I have to make sure that I charge it after every online session.
Just my experience and it could just be my headset (unsure of the age or how much it has been used).

yeah, i'm waiting for the Sony one to come out (or into stock). i'm hoping before xmas, but i doubt it.

The Sony one has been out for a few weeks now (I think the release date was 28th Nov). The SOCOM bundle which I had preordered from GAME (for £25 I think) was due the same day but has been pushed back to mid-January.

I don't know why as it has been out in the States for months, I guess they don't want to release it in the current wave of new releases....as we all know what happens to the prices of newly released games at the moment.

yeah, it was released - but try finding a distributor that actually has some in stock.

also, curiously there was a [poster for it in PSHome last night saying "coming soon" which i thought was odd for a product which was supposed to have been released before the Home beta opened up...

I have a Jabra BT5010 - junk! I only hope it is better than that!

Funny you should mention that, I was looking at the Sony item in Currys (Bank,London) today. Priced at £25, but after looking on Amazon I could see they still have the Socom pack for £29, on that basis I sacked it off!

Socom likely hasn't been launched due to the vast amount of bugs which have plagued it in the US. The launch was best described as shambolic, from what I read. Hopefully after benefiting from a patch or two it'll be smoother running in Jan.

Anyway, though for this price (given the positive reviews), it serves as a decent stopgap. I should also point out this will work with any* BT enabled phone.
