Does anybody know how this differed from the others? I’ve just bought Legacy Edition 2 and it’s gorgeous 😋 I have Single Barrel, Gentleman Jack and the Honey one. I wonder what this tastes like compared to those?
Bought, thanks.

Typically rye is 'spicier' than a bourbon, so even with the Lincoln County/charcoal mellowing I'd expect a more robust flavour than plain JD. Sorely tempted to buy...
Thanks, bought
Cold. Who wants to wait over a month for delivery?

I worry we are going to look back and think, 'remember when we *only* had to wait for a month for delivery?'
Yes, that's what we need workers in Amazon warehouses for risking themselves and delivery drivers to use the roads for. Whiskey. Essential items people, it's a pandemic don't you know!

It's a rye so a very different taste. Stronger in alcohol .

It won't be May that they deliver anyway. They had 14 in stock on the last check. Will probably have it delivered by next Friday.

is it stronger taste due to being rye or due to having more alcohol% ? cause JD Single Barrel is also 45% yet nicer and less harsh taste compared to standard JD N7 which is 40%..
OOS at the moment 😪

I ordered a couple of bottles of whiskey from amazon yesterday. They're giving a 7 day delivery time on the ones they have in stock. Looks like they're completely restructuring to deliver priorities supplies first.

It's a little higher ABV but the rye imparts a spicier flavour than a bourbon. I got one myself and it's lovely, not as sweet and smoky as normal JD. I got their masters collection one a few months back and that was more expensive and almost indistinguishable from a normal bottle!

The Legacy Edition number 1 (green) does anybody know how that differs from the normal Jack and the Legacy Edition number 2? I have the number 2 and it’s lovely
Don’t buy more then 1 bottle whiskey per person. Think about other peoples. we all need to work together to ensure everyone gets what they need. So please don’t stockpile, and perhaps offer to help older neighbours, family or friends by sourcing items for them.:D

It's just not a bourbon taste in my opinion. Still very nice but different . I find it a bit harsh.
