Maybe worth a try?“

Nah, £25 is massively overpriced for what this is. JD & JB are similar in price so paying £25 for this is madness. This is a deals site not a forum..

Been wondering who would have it first. Heat added. Big Jack fan.
Which store please.?

Which store please.?

This was from Sainsbury’s Peterborough
Friend brought it over from the USA with him at Christmas, delicious with crushed ice
Ciderish?
Great spot! Been waiting for the UK release for ages! Surprised it's Sainsbury as ASDA usually have Jack stuff first due to their close relationship with Brown Foreman.
Want to know if it's like cider or winter jack ?
Supposed to be amazing mixed with the JD Fire, like an Apple pie
Not really bothered about whether this is a deal or not! It sounds like my sort of thing - thanks for the heads up! Heat added btw.
Looks a carbon copy of Jim Beam Apple which you can pick up for about £13 on offer. I must be missing something?

Completely agree, what they've done is add apple juice and Jack'd up the price, it's even less %!
I find Jim Beam much sweeter than Jack Daniels which to me is not a good thing, obviously peoples palates differ.
Anyone else tried the 64% off Amazon?

Really like the idea of the "apple pie" . Perhaps JB apple at £13 will suffice

Could HAVE, not of.

As far as whiskey goes JD is near the bottom of the pile so not a great example.

If this wasn’t a forum we wouldn’t be posting our opinions, also is there somewhere cheaper in the UK to buy the identical product?

No, it's a deals website, the forums are elsewhere in community.

You're missing the point - I was comparing this with JB, a similar whisky which is half the price.

No, it's not a bourbon, it's a Tennessee Whiskey.

I find Jim beam a lot more grainy than JD but each to their own

That doesn't even make sense, the same as your other comment. The irony of you calling someone a moron as well...

I don't drink either, prefer Wild Turkey or Eagle Rare. Just saying that JB and JD are in a similar price bracket and similar standard of whiskey which is why £25 seems very steep.

Similar but not the same, yes I’d agree Jim Beam is much better value but it’s not the same, and yes this is a forum because we’re discussing this which is the very definition of a forum ‘a meeting or medium where ideas and views on a particular issue can be exchanged‘.
FYI just picked up a bottle of this for £16 at Asda.

It's now £16.

As I said at the time £25 was vastly overpriced and now they're knocking it out at £16 and still making a profit.
