Sainsbury's have Jack Daniels Tennessee Honey 70 cl for £19.00 with a free Jack Daniels glass tumbler , I presume 'while stocks last'. Good price if you like this drink but if you don't then maybe it's not for you.

Same price and free glass also on regular Jack Daniel's Black Label

£13.50 for Aldi's own which is just as good.

Hahahahhahaha... Of course it is!

Funny stuff! Thanks OP

No free glass in my local store but still a good price. I tried the Jim Bean honey version but it's not as nice in my opinion.

Bought a bottle of the Aldi version yesterday. Yet to try it. I actually prefer the Jim Beam version to JD's.

Aldis own lmfao, it tastes shockingly bad, can't compare Aldis own to jack daniels at all, voted hot from me

Looks like I'm in for a treat then oO

I've tasted both the Aldis version and jack Daniels. They are both cheap bourbons and taste very similar. Get your self some makers mark, that's a nice drink.

Great offer. Love this stuff. Thanks OP

When did Maker's Mark start doing a honey bourbon?

Oh, they don't. So this one wins by default.

No free glasses in my local store but £19 for a bottle is a good price anyway, so have some heat.

Jack Daniels isn't Bourbon, so no sense comparing it as such.

Still, love it myself and Makers Mark. But they are different beasts.

Never fancied the idea of this, then was gifted a bottle of it for my birthday. Have to admit I was pleasantly surprised by this. Launched the bottle in the fridge and chugged it back straight with a few lumps of ice in the back garden. I swear it gets your legs drunk !!

Aldi's previous bourbon (Clarke's) was terrific and produced independently. And got some fantastic reviews. Sadly they replaced it with Jim Beam which is fine but not quite as interesting.

The 'Honey' bourbon in Aldi is Clarke's but I have to say it does look a like a cheap cash in so I didn't bother with it.

If the regular Bourbon comes back in stock I can't recommend it enough.

I went to a whisky tasting and they had JD, Jim Bean and Evan Williams honey flavours, the guy said, EW uses real honey, JB is 50/50 honey and chemical and JD is 100% chemical! I do like it all tho

I'll probs get the glasses when they're reduced to a penny like the Bacardi and Malibu ones haha
