The body shape here is kind of like Jackson's answer to the Gibson/Epiphone Explorer. I actually really like it The quilted maple finish is one of my favourites, right behind flamed maple.

This has a Floyd Rose double locking tremolo system, and a set of high output humbuckers. The next best is Thomann, shipping from Germany at £586. Shipped from the UK you're looking at closer to £669

Delivery options offer next day, by selecting "UK Standard Delivery" oddly, although I think that they offer next day as standard usually anyway.

Triple reward points are still active at the moment, bagging you £14.97 worth with this, which you can use on future purchases.

It's just a shame Mustaine always sounds like he's doing an impression of Kermit with a sore throat

He's not the most melodic singer certainly, he was grand on Rust in Peace though

Just a tad better than decent, genre defining!
good effort for the post, however I think £499 is too expensive for a guitar made in the far east, no branded pickups, and not even a real Floyd rose. 10 years ago you were able to pickup a Japanese model with at least branded pickups.

A lot of bitter Metallica haters out there I see. Genre unchanged by Megadeth.

Where are the Metallica haters? I'm not to be lumped in with those twazzocks. Rust in Peace is a blistering thrash album, whether you appreciate Metallica or not, and not just because of Mr. Mustaine's contribution to the album.
