It's good but 7 days in Jamaica is not enough as coming from the UK we suffer from jet lag for 4 days so by the time you are on the correct time clock, you are coming home!

4 days of jet lag from a 10 hour flight? Seems excessive.

Not everyone suffers from jetlag, 4 days jetlag for a 10 hour flight is that even possible for it to last so long

When I went to Jamaica from Britain I never suffered from jet lag I was there 3 weeks but Apart from tired day we travelled was all good

better be quick as saying one 1 ROOM left

Jamaica is only 5 hrs behind so majority of travellers do not suffer from jet lag. There is a big difference between let's say, London to Singapore and London to Cape Town. For me it's the time difference that is a major contribution to jet lag and not the time spent getting there. But that's my personal opinion anyway, you might be confusing jet lag with just being tired from all the travelling.

My wife's just gone to the Caribbean.

Jamaica?

No she went of her own accord.:D

Heard that when I was a kid, still tickles me.

Probably Les Dawson.

Ahahahaha that's genius!

I didn't get it at first, then I realised 'Jamaica' sounds a bit like 'did you make her'

My word that is funny!

A friend from Jamaica has asked me to do her hair, I'm dreading it!

Those were the days when we, as kids, had no iphones, no internet, no whatsapp and had to actually make conversation with each other!

Hence Led Zeppelin's D'yer Mak'er.

Jet lag is much more pronounced East to West, returning is going to give you more problems.

Its funny but not as funny as your one about jet lag.

My comment suggesting that 4 days was a long time to have jetlag for on a 10 hour flight?

I am a wit!

You want to hear the one about the cake, you'll wet yourself for a week. Better book yourself a flight and dry out.

Try and stay up as late as possible on the day you arrive to reduce jet lag or you will be wide awake about 5am wandering round the resort for the next few days!
Edited by: "jon67" 14th Jan 2015

there are worse things than being awake as the sun rises over the Caribbean. I actually enjoy having a 6a.m - 10p.m. holiday 'routine' out there rather than a 10 a.m. - 2 a.m. European holiday 'routine'. -

...pity it isn't flying from London...but deal is amaizing;)

Think you mean West to East is more pronounced.

Let me try one!!

I'm going on holiday to a Caribbean island!

Super hot deal... You can't let a few days of tiredness put you off adventures in life. Particularly if you only have a week off work. A medicine called Melatonin is useful for jetlag . You can buy it over the counter in many EU countries

Just checked exactly the same price

Don't forget to add on airport-hotel transfers and in flight meals adds another £100 to the total.
