I bought it on original release and sold it soon after. I have every single James album apart from this one.
James fan but would subject my ears to this drivvle? Made me throw up my balut curry?
Their best days are long gone unfortunately. I loved all their albums and been to see them live 3 times. Just wish they would go back to the music that made them what they are. Rather than random stuff which just doesnt click for me personally.

Nonsense, they're recent albums are great "living in extraordinary times" is one of there best. "La petite mort" is well worth a listen.

I do agree wah wah is not there best.

Moving On on La Petite Mort is one of their best songs ever in my opinion
Wah Wah is a companion piece to Laid-ENO was involved. Having seen James 60+ times since 1989 this album is closer to their live sound than other albums. I agree it doesn’t have a traditional album format or lots of hit singles but then it wasn’t designed that way. It is however a decent price for double vinyl. The pressures on...
One of my favourite bands and still going strong IMO. I have a tattoo of the cover La petite mort on my arm. Great piece of art
