eh? it's a deal in a shop - how does a direct link help you go to the deal? you still need to put your boots on and walk to the shop. =]

not uk wide

and? what difference does that make. it's available in the north and the midlands - it's not like something thats only available in one shop in wales or something, a large percentage of the country can take advantage of it.

I posted that!

I'll pop into my local Home Bargains tomorrow to see if I can get this too!

Thanks fatcat!

you cant vote cold just because its not uk wide. It is still a hot deal which is what this site is about.

I like the sound of the 'Grind' Pepper Grinder, but not too sure about the Jamie Oliver 'Pump'.

Says who:whistling: No I haven’t voted

My nearest store is 70 miles away. No pepper mill is worth that sort of trip. Shame.

Heres one:

Saw them in Wolverhampton HB last Friday but didn't post it as I thought no-one would be interested in JO :-D

I don't see nothing wrong..................... with a little pump and grind

good deal voted hot, I gonna have a look at my Long Eaton store at the weekend

brilliant, would love one but none in Coventry store (or the other Jamie Oliver deal previously posted).

any one know if they've got them in caerphilly-may have to take trip there tomorrow

I bought one from the Edgeley, Stockport branch at the weekend. They had a slack handful left.
BTW, it's a boon, works really well.

Even the Flavour Shaker? <_>

oliver is a fat-tongued idiot, but the flavour shaker is good - put incense resin in it and it breaks it down really fast, better than a pestle and mortar. lol at them charging £15 though, I saw them for a tenner last week and thought that was overpriced.

I posted about this in the homebargains thread on MSE on monday...didnt buy one as i was looking for the olive oil set but it looked ok.

i got the flavour shaker from morrisons today for £5. only had them in black though.

Considering the rate at which they brake and leak (as told in reviews by many unhappy customers) I wouldn't even consider it for £1.

I paid £3 for one; and it's fine for frankincense, myrrh, dragons blood, benzoin, pine, copal, sandarac and other resin/gums. I've never used it for herbs (I did try with sandalwood and patchouli and it was pretty useless) so can't comment on how useful it is for that. I definitely wouldn't pay more than a fiver for one, and I can see how it would break if you got a bit overexcited with it (it is just a bit of plastic with a ball in it - how they can charge £15 for that I don't know).
