Fantastic Price & Book - Good Find

Brilliant book with some lovely recipes even if they do take longer than 30 minutes !

approx 9/10th of the book take at least twice the time stated.

But still heat added!

Ordered for the misses;-)

Possibly the biggest selling cooking book ever by now and ironically as many people have said not even his best, the layout in particular makes it hard to do meals from different parts of the book, eg starter, main, dessert...the not taking 30 minutes thing is a given

This drooling pleb could write a book about having a dump and people would buy it

Thanks OP just bought this, and pleb drool soup with dump-lings for the lady boss.

Got one! Thanks...

i rest my case

this is a great book. ok the recipes do take longer than 30 mins but with practice you can cut the time down. The piri piri chicken is great, so is the chicken pie. hot

Ickle bit grumpy, aren't we?

Nice one OP, thanks.

Still says £6.99 but when added to basket going up to £13.99. Argh.

Now £13.99 on the linky

cheers for that ordered it long time waiting

Back to £13.99 now, i was on play site and it showed 6.99 but when added to basket it was £13.99....Gutted really wanted it,..

the present you buy when you dont know what to get. thats why this has sold well.

I bought this for about £8 at WHSmith before Christmas with a voucher. You do however need to be a chef yourself with all the ingredients in your cupboard/fridge (impossible) they are not things you have to hand at all. On the TV he gets his tools out first !!! do you have deep/medium/shallow pans with lids that fit, griddle pan etc etc etc. I do however have the pieces of wood he uses to serve up on as I am married to a joiner with his own manufacturing business. They don't look quite the same with spag bol on......
Think it should have been sold with a DVD alongside, the book is hard to follow with one page to each 3 course meal.
That aside this is a good price and worth a try even if you only get a couple of things from it. Just don't think you will be using your store cupboard ingredients because you won't and I swear I have a gizzillion herbs and spices. Also 30 mins, as Jim Royale would say "my a**e" !!

Got my copy @£6.99 shame on PLAY to put up the price back to £13.99!
