I've ordered from them 3 times now (all from different sales). Orders have taken about a week and all products have been as described. I know there were some comments about things arriving spilt at the last sale, but that didn't happen to me. As I've not had to contact them before, I'm not sure what customer services is like.

I think the prices are definitely worth the gamble though.
