Regardless on your view on Jay-Z or hip-hop (both of which I love) that is a great price for the cd. Surely you are meant to be voting on the deal, not whether it conforms to what your idea of good music is :whistling:

NO WAY DUDE! if your into hip hop this is one of the best albums, definitely his best album. How can you vote cold because you don't like the music? it's still a hot deal!

It's of course very subjective but IMO the best rap record ever made was by K-Rob and DJ Cheese and was called ]I'm A Homeboy and came out on Profile Records in 1986. That was back in the day when rap/hip-hop had something to say. I saw Public Enemy, LL Cool J and Eric B & Rakim live back then and they were all good.

Rap was ruined in the early 90's by the likes of Vanilla Ice and MC Hammer making it too mainstream and comercial for its own good and has never recovered.

very good album personally i prefer blueprint. Also hard knock life album is £2.97 at tesco entertainment free delivery and 7% quidco.

Jay-Z unplugged for me....all the best live on 1 CD! £2.98 on Amazon and the best rendition of 'I Just Wanna Love You'
