Great price.

Like it at that price

Excellent price for a great little Bluetooth portable speaker (cheaper than a refurb unit from JBL). I already have an original Flip, and the addition of a standard micro-USB charging port is too good to resist.

Already have one, guess I will get another at this price. The sound is just as good as the Bose soundlink mini but the Flip is more portable. It's a no brainer but tell that to the Bose snobs

Come on Amazon Drop your price I still have loads of bespoke cash left

Its been more than a year since this was released so maybe there is a Flip 3 on the horizon.

great speaker...I bought for £49.99 abt 1 and half years ago..
bt the battery life is only abt 4 hrs..
overall good

I have one and it's not worth £39. I've heard £20 ones with NFC that sound as good and have far better battery life. This needs constant charging. It comes with a nice case though, that's one thing better than most cheap ones. It's up to you to decide if that's worth £19.

I'm gonna wait. Hopefully when Flip 6 comes out, it would have a much higher capacity battery that would last up to 6 hrs.

Are people snobby about Bose? They are crap.

Care to recommend any of the £20 ones that you consider superior to the Flip?

I know that and so do you but people who like Bose are just hooked on the name.

Mega Deal. Great little speaker!

I have one and it does have great sound quality for such a little device. As others have said the battery life isn't great and I have had issues with the bluetooth connection, the range isn't great and I have had a few blips with playback even with my phone next to the speaker. Still great though and I use it daily. Paid £50 for it 6 months ago.

same price at amazon. i prefer to buy from there, top class returns policy

Does it have the ability to plug a 3.5mm jack into? Can't seem to find if it does

Been waiting for this to drop, for the size/ price you can't get much better.

It does have one on the back.

Also ergh! I bought a refurb one the other day, but it seems to distort badly on some songs so it's going back

Contact customer services and ask for the difference to be refunded since its @ £39 on Amazon too now.

It's out for dispatch today, do Amazon do price matching post-purchase ?

They usually do. Try ask nicely using their Live Chat system:

Cheers!

Have flip 1... I don't need to upgrade... Must... Resist... Damn ordered from amazon, gonna try to get the flip 1 back to John Lewis as Bluetooth works so so recently and drops connection sometimes...

Paid £49.99 for last one of these but it was Flip 1....think it retailed around £99 at the time but Flip 2 was just coming in.

Personally I think these are awesome....and others have also commented on the quality of sound being so good for something so small. Heat added.

Just ordered, I have been using this:

Will I notice a difference?

Get the Bolse C1 off Amazon. £42 and they are brilliant. 10 hours at full volume and individual sub's on each end in an Aluminium case.

Can you post the links for the ones you recommend?

Ive got one of these, brilliant little speaker if not for the pretty poor battery life, I wonder how much better the Charge 2 is other than battery life? Does the Bose soundlink mini not sound a great deal better than this?
