Seems like a bargain, thanks

Whilst a great price, some reviews do state that they couldn't get them to fit in their ears.

Although, at £30, it is worth the punt. Heat

Says 'coming soon' after refreshing. When I first loaded the page the 'add to basket' was there, but nothing was happening when I clicked it.

I did and then thought id post it. Seems to be all gone now guys.

This appears to have been resurrected - just ordered a pair

Just ordered thank you

Back in stock now and ordered. Thank you

thanks OP ordered, 2 left in stock

Ordered, but the stock does just seems to go back up again. Might attempt another purchase with a cheeky "make offer" bid with chances of slim to none.

Anyone got this successfully with an offer?

These are "In stock and ready to ship" now

Hey everyone, I have just ordered a pair and contacted jbl, they told me that all existing orders are being cancelled has anyone received theirs yet?

Price back at £169.99,can someone please expire the thread.

Like others, the money has been taken from my credit card but no order confirmation. I did receive an email from them immediately after - but it was more of a 'welcome' email with a discount code for next order - no confirmation of my order.
Let's wait and see.

I ordered some speakers that were reduced and today received a refund, no explanation from them or a sorry email even, not impressed. I dont hold out any hope that we will receive these headphones, it seems another non deal due to a company website cockup. I cant see those that ordered from ebay being refused due to ebay being rather strict with firms these days, hope ebay purchasers are luckier.

Yeah when I spoke to their customer services team they said there was a few items such as these headphones and speakers that were priced up wrong. I rang a couple of times to check the information and all 3 advisers told me that no unit has been or would be dispatched. Very poor from such a large company:(

Well f******* annoyed!! I ordered through their website as opposed to eBay and just got a refund without any other email correspondence from them!! I really could of made use of these! let's just hope they were as uncomfortable as all the reviews say!!

paypal refunded

anyone order through eBay? are they honouring the price?

Ordered over the weekend used PayPal.
Now just received notification of full refund, but as yet no email explaining why etc...
Now need to find another gift as these were for a birthday present!!!

So does it show as dispatched on the eBay sale record?

My eBay purchase isn't marked as dispatched, not that I'm really expecting it to be but no refund yet so I live in hope. If nothing else I will have gotten a +1 to my positive feedback for my efforts.

Argh eBay orders are going thru! sooo angry!!

Says 'This item has been dispatched' on ebay.

So much to buying direct:( they shouldn't be allowed to allow one set the goods and not the other.

There is a slightly different status between a binding bilateral agreement on an auction site (there are no terms and conditions on eBay which provide a get out clause for mispriced items), where a purchase is fully binding on both parties and any attempt to rescind the contract is damaging in terms of the seller's standing, reputation, and future access to that trading channel - and a website order placed direct with the supplier under clear terms that the contract isn't formed until they confirm availability and payment is taken, that errors and omissions won't be upheld, etc. I'm not saying everyone on eBay will get all their items, but I am saying that if the company has limited stock and has to choose which orders to fulfil, there's a good commercial and legal reason to prioritise eBay orders over direct ones.

Yeah, I feel the same way. Not impressed with them for their customer services. Not even an apology or explanation offered. I'd be inclined to think it wasn't even a mis-price given it was also available on eBay.

Yeah especially given that it wasn't just these headphones but various other items. Legally they may be able to do this but as a customer this is just not on at all.
