They have bright orange plastic handles but they are sharp and sharpen up well according to my chefs. I was going to put a deal up on here but they are usually really low stock levels on these deals.
If you look for molybdenum/vanadium stainless (same as IKEA 365+ range) on amazon, you will see these are much higher grade (and cost) for better quality and user rating.
Ikea is the cheapest way onto high grade knives and they will last forever (with sharpening).
