I have these and really happy with them. Case is great as you dont have to carry a cable for charging too. sound quality is good as is battery life. No complaints on the fit either.

What's the sound like on these? And can u make calls?

Yes you can make calls, answer/hang up directly from the earbud.
Comes with a built in EQ so you can choose from 3 settings depending on your music preference. The Signature EQ setting is a good all rounder, Bass Boost is as it sounds and Balanced is great for Podcasts and audio books. Just click the right earbud three times to cycle through the EQ settings.
At £49:99 these were my favourite budget buds ... for £35 you can’t go wrong! I’ve had at least 10 pairs of cheapies and 10 high end (B&O/Apple/Sony etc) ... definitely the signature sounds the best:)

I agree. Cracking deal, great spec, features and reviews. Looks like they’ve updated the battery since I got my pair, mine were 14 hours total, these are now 24+
Edit: John Lewis at £39.99. Argos are cheapest in the market.
Nice. How's the volume on these and does the case charge them as well when not in use?

I probably use them at about 60/70% volume and that’s more than loud enough for me.

Yes case charges the buds as soon as you put them back in the case. There’s indicator lights on the front that flash when you open and close the case to tell you how charged both the buds and case are. Also voice prompts when you put them in your ears to tell you battery life. You’ll get about a 50% charge in 15 minutes which is really good.

That's awesome thanks. I have the qcy's and they are great but I can't ignore the battery life on these!
If you have Sky Mobile you can get these for £29.99 through the Piggybank if you trade in some data. That's what I did, bargain!
i am interested in getting ear buds but reading articles on google, it seems to indicate that the decent ones are at least £100 and mostly nearer the £150 - £200 mark. this is too much for me to spend on ear buds as I am looking at around £70 and below.

this seems very cheap for ear buds, are they really good at this price? samsung galaxy buds were in the article as being decent buds so how does this compare to those premium names?

Forget the premium models. There's a limit to how good a minuscule driver can sound, the difference between cheap<>premium is minimal.

That said, I wouldn't suggest these are any better than the QCY/Mpow/Anker/SoundPeats headphones that cost £20~

231 reviews averaging at 4.5* out of 5* says it all. Given the reviews, spec and features, I can't see how you'd be disappointed at £35.

I have these also, but for calls, voice only comes through one ear which is a little annoying, so if you will be making lots of calls bear that in mind. sound quality is fantastic though.

I've not tried the QCY, but given average reviews of 3* out of 5* on QCY and they're only sold on ebay and amazon only, that tells me they'll be poor quality. The JBUDS are stocked by Argos, John Lewis, Currys etc so are a credible brand and have much better reviews and features.
Will JL price-match?

I prefer this as mono through one ear. When I make a call on my handset it's mono (phone on my right ear only) so I find it weird in stereo. If I ever use stereo earbuds for calls I always end up taking one of them out as I feel like I'm shouting otherwise. Preference I guess.
Agree with all of the positive reviews above. I have these and thought they were a bargain at full price due to the quality - think I've had them around a year now and use them almost daily and no complaints at all!

i use the samsung wired headphones that come with the phones and they are pretty good, except the recent akg headphones, which is poor sound quality compared to previous headphones from samsung. i would like to get the ear buds but if they are not great quality then i may be better off staying with the wired headphones until the buds become cheaper and technology improves.

i only use the headphones for listening to music so the sound quality is very important. i need bass on the headphones and the samsung wired ones are pretty good with bass.

If you're happy with the free headphones that come in box then you'll be blown away with these. They've got a Bass Boost feature if that is important to you.
Any good for sports?
How do they compare with Enacfire E18 , currently for 31.99 on amazon ?
Had these for a year now.....paid £50 from JL for them....definitely a steal at £34.99 for a good pair of ears buds, that won't break the bank

There are multiple QCY models, for the £13 I paid for mine they're unbelievable.

I've since had 4 friends buy a set and gifted a set to a relative, nobody has a bad thing to say about them.

Easy 5/5 from me, I wear them in bed, or when exercising. The rest of the time I use my WH-1000XM3 via Tidal, so it's not as though I can't appreciate what "good" sounds like.

YMMV

I noticed this the other day. Might cash in some data towards these.
Just bought these. You can only use both the headphones together or only the right one so you can't conserve battery when you want to only use 1 headphone or switch between them to listen with one while the other charges. There is a constant white noise sound in the background when the headphones are on which is very annoying. For £35 I can't really complain but I am not impressed either. I will probably be using my cheap £20 wired headphones most of the time.

Thanks for this. I'm still waiting for a solid pair of wireless earphones for a good price.
