Im guessing its with the bucket because in the description it says "The mop-bucket has a specially designed pedal-operated spin system.... "

Good deal but I would not recommend the whizz mop / bucket... after a few months of light use the plastic connector in the centre of the mop handle has completely cracked leaving me with a bent mop which makes it difficult to mop with and spin also the spin mechanism is fragile and the dirty water can spray over and out of the bucket. Overall good idea but very cheap and poorly made
