This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:

This is the cheapest I've seen it, £18.99 delivered using code TOPOFTHEPOPS or you can go for the X3 model for £22.74 delivered planetx.co.uk/i/q…tem

The Jobsworth X2 cooking system is ideal for up to two person trips, with a 0.9 litre pot capacity it's the perfect high-power, compact, lightweight solution for rustling up adventure cuisine, or making a decent sized brew.

With over 1kW of heating power, these are amongst the best 500g stoves out there. With a cleverly designed dual purpose windshield and heat exchanger built into the bottom of the pan the Jobsworth X2 cooking system copes brilliantly in all conditions.

The insulated pot jacket keeps things warm too, so you dont have to reheat as often. With its efficient burner and faster boil times the X2 is about as green as they come.

Package does not include gas canister stove stands perfectly with a 230g screw top gas canister and will boil around 25L of water with that size. Or 75 big mugs of tea.

Detailed features:

Hugely efficient 1kW burner design with piezo ignition
Nested design: Fuel Canister Stand, Stove, 230g Fuel Canister (not supplied) and vented pot lid
Soft TPE Lid with coffee drinking spout
Heat exchanger: Increases efficiency of stove by 30%, boiling 1L of water in 4.5 minutes and also having the effect of wind shield.
Hard anodized pot for durability and taint free taste.
Sturdy folding handle: Heavy-duty foldable handle to hold the pot.
Waterproof cover: removable neoprene cover helps keep food warm and protect you from the heat of the pot.
Runs on Butane, Propane or a mix of both. If using at altitude or below 5 degrees please use propane gas cannisters.

Is this basically an unbranded jetboil? Anyone used this before and know if it's any good/similar?

Seems to be, though that looks like a metal lid, which would be a shoddy and dangerous design
Bought one for the lad, he wanted a jetboil for Christmas but was late to ask so this is worth a punt to see what it's like
Heat.

The lid is plastic, I own one
Forgive my ignorance, but would the pot / container be enough in size to cook a pack of ready rice 200g + some chopped vegetables?

My advice is dont cook direct in the pot it's more for boil/cook in the bag foods... Mainly again for coffee, purifying water etc... Food direct in the pot will stain and be very hard to get out
Damn. I paid £30 for a Fire Maple X2 from Planet X just a couple of days ago (and they delivered rapidly). I was pleased with that price but I might have been tempted to try this one instead. I don't know the brand but this looks like a good find for the price.
