(We) redeemed 2 November coupons yesterday. Latte, cappuccino, victoria sponge, Christmas cake; apparently should've been £11.50.. Stupid prices, but generous portions and all very nice!

Still waiting for my card(s) to arrive.

its seems to be a points card system recently started. you get 6 vouchers for free tea/coffee and a cake however you can only use one per month. Also not all the staff seem to know about the points card and have since spent quite a bit with the home design service but they were unable to allocate the points to my card. I will be addressing this with JL when I get a chance and I have every faith in the service they offer.

Same here, waiting for the card/vouchers.. I expect they've been overloaded or the post is just slow. Good system once they get used to it.

Yeah, got my card today

Signed up and got my first free cake and hot drink at the start of this month. Bloody brilliant deal if you ask me, work a good £7 and the carrot cake was some of the best I've had!

I joined when card was launched in October. Can be more than one application per household. Hubby and I have used our Nov and Dec vouchers. Great carrot cake and a fancy coffee each saying £11.70 on each occasion. Looking forward to January!

It's great value, I've used mine once, just wish I had a John Lewis nearer me but I do shop there when I am in one.
