"the item was originally a pre-made item that was stocked in our warehouse. This has now been changed to a "made-to-order" item with a 14-week lead time"
Great, I thought, but the price is now £479.20.
I've raised a complaint but all they've offered my is a £30 JL voucher.
Any ideas if I can go further?
