Thats how much roughly it used to cost (in a multipack) before all the price rises. Its sad to think that this is now a special offer price.

Well at leats the price is back down for the time being - might get it while I can!

Sunflower oil is the way to go for Tuna, none of this brine rubbish!

does it have added Dolphin? the flavour is much better when it does.

i cant understand why Walkers et al dont bring out a range of cetacean flavoured crisps.

or maybe tesco could start an endangered species range , tiger burgers, panda steaks, blue whale oil, the possibilities are endless.

we might as well use our scarce resources while theres still some left,

wouldnt it be heartbreaking for your grandchildren to ask, what does Panda taste like grandad, and not be able to answer?

the chinese have a much better approach to this than the west.

thats cheap............. sounds fishy to me

Is this price in all stores?? I went into the Swansea store today and it was still £1.25. Does it change at the till?

Still £1.25 in my local ASDA and I checked it at the till too :x

Not In My Asda .

Is it me or has this deal posted many times before? I am sure this was posted last week as well.

I never find any deals posted here in my local ASDA - not "posters" fault obviously, I prefer the tuna in oil but for this price you cant complain!

Got the multi packs offer in Asda on Anglesey, buy 2 x 4 packs for £4, works out at 50p a tin

Indeed, it is a repost (one of many that keep appearing).

Not available at my local Asda

Last tine it was posted everyone gave up as most stores are still full price. Must be store specific.

For those wanting tuna steak (as opposed to chunks) Sainsburys have Yellowfin Tuna Steak in 24% Olive Oil 200g for 55p. Slightly cheaper than this offer, net.

Not in Asda in Sheffield!

Original Poster

was marked in Kinmel Bay down to 50p on the shelf ticket, even checked my receipt at that price. And yes i did find the previous post later, i missed it, so this post is for all the others that didn't c it 2!!

none in my local asda so i bought asdas own 4 for £2.00 (not the smartprice one)

john west tuna chunks in brine 400g tin (baked bean tinsize) £1.28p as opposed to the 200g ones(like the small tins on this post) -£1.38p ! all in ADSA chandlers ford! , eastleigh.
