Excellent whisky, excellent price. Well done.
Tesco have it at this price too for those unwilling to wait for delivery. Good price, but it isn't a touch on the Gold 18 it replaced sadly.
Good price and certainly not a bad drink.

Might be worth taking a look at the green label as after 4 years in retirement they have started making it again and can be had for £41.50 so not a massive price difference.
Is this a single malt?

Nope

And the RRP is rubbish as well, just look at what other sellers are selling it for...

No. Johnnie Walker whiskies are all premium blends. As good as a single malt to my palate, and better than the cheap 10 year old malts.

Even the red label ?
Tesco also doing for £30
Had a bottle of this at Xmas about the same price. Decent but I wouldn't buy it again, nice box though if it's a present for someone.
For another £5 you can buy a bottle of Bunnahabhain 12yo single malt from Waitrose Cellar. Much better deal in my opinion.
Good whisky but not my favourite - good price though!

The red label is a gasoline replacement X)

Even the red label ?

Ha, true. Red label excepted. The Black is an excellent rival to lower end single malts in my opinion.
Makes a nice change from bourbons and single malts. A smooth blend. £30 probs about right.
People get way to hung up on malt over blended. After kidding myself for many years that I was a malt man and yes you do get more interesting flavours and depth I realised I was enjoying the balanced easy drinking that a decent blended offers more and for a lot less money. JW is lovely but overpriced. These offers represent the true worth and are therefore good deals. Avoid Red label though that is awful.
