As many found out in the last week these have plastic in them and probably no cotton at all. Will it make people use less I doubt it but it’s certainly not something many knew about.

Says cotton touch wipes so its the usual marketing wording to make people think they are made from things which they are not
Stone cold. These things are absolutely appalling for the planet and our health. Buying flannels or cutting up an old towel would be better in many ways.
Mr boris has alot to answer for.

Agree with the sentiment... but out of interest, have you had a baby?

Lol, I don't think you will say that if you have to clear a bottom of runny poo in the morning!

I love huggies sensitive as they are closest to cotton but they are too dry for wiping big mess, I use these for chunky cleaning as they are wet and soft, and huggies for closer wiping

Yeah that was my point, plus you’d have the washing machine and dryer on 5 times a day to keep up... not sure that’s more environmentally friendly!

Yes. They all had cloth nappies and I used muslin squares or flannels instead of these baby wipes.

I used cloth nappies and cloth wipes with all my babies from new born. I didn’t have a tumble dryer until they were at school, and the washer definitely wasn’t on 5 times a day! Luckily I had a mahoosive load washing machine, and lots of drying space. The nappies and wipes were very hygienic and much better for babies skin. I have eczema myself and cannot touch those baby wipes, without them burning my skin. Even the so called sensitive ones. Goodness knows what rubbish they actually put in them

I did cloth nappies and cloth wipes with all of my babies from birth to being toilet trained. The flannels were always ready. It’s just time and effort as opposed to thoughtlessness towards the planet for my own convenience.

Im glad there are super mums like you, unfortunately cloth nappies and wipes would not work in this household.
