Does anybody know if this can be reclined completely flat? Also, can the seat be turned so it's parent facing?

The details are all on the Joie website.

The handle reverses, so yes the pram can be parent facing. However I’ve read reviews that say it’s then quite hard to push/steer because the wheels are the ‘wrong’ way round. You’d have to lock the front wheels (which would now be the back wheels if you have reversed the handle) and the other set of wheels which would now be at the front of the pram don’t swivel at all.
