Pretty good for a highly anticipated, well reviewed new 4K release Shame we did not get a 'Once Upon in Hollywood' type deal but this is the best I can see so far.

This is a deal HOW?
Had to watch it again immediately after seeing it on release. Superb filmmaking on every level. Loved that it triggered so many before it was even released!
Also £12.99 @ Amazon.

Probably because the physical is £24.99
There was a cheap deal back in nov or dec for 5.99 irrc op with chilli, but I don’t think that was 4K

I voted hot just to dumbfound you.
Good film, but I wouldn't want to watch it again.

Physical, digital. Apple's, pears.
Surprisingly amazing film. Considering 2019 had many poor film releases. This stood out so well.

Ok.
Awesome film. Phoenix will hopefully, and finally, get the Oscar he deserves.

This was my film of last year, but being someone who loves racing, Le Mans 66 was my fave of last year, with Joker 2nd.

Good film, but I wouldn't want to watch it again.

Agreed. I enjoyed it for Joaquin's performance but the film as a whole i thought was just ok. I preferred the irishman myself.

Same here, was maybe expecting too much. Might be one of those where we watch again in a few years and go aaaahhhh, but I wasn't blown away
Quite surprised this has got the heat it has when you can get it for £13.99 on iTunes with iTunes Extras, Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos?

'The Irishman' was incredible, told my daughter (who wants to be an actor) that when she's old enough she needs to sit and watch this film and take in every moment of it because everything about it is first class. People criticise it for being slow and that nothing happens, but, there is so much more to it than the storyline.
Really enjoyed it but no wish to see it again, won’t be like it was in the cinema.. Phoenix is immense!
Meh overhyped.
Can anyone comment on the quality of Google Play 4k versus getting a 4K Blu-ray?

Well it wont be as good but Google Play are in the process of adding Dolby Vision and Atmos this year so that will close the gap
It was ok, definitely a watch only once type of film & not a keeper, rental only save your money..

That's good to hear. I hope they do free 4k upgrades like Apple.

Google's UK policy is so weird. The only initial 4k films were some Sony ones, now it appears only some new Warner Bros films are 4k. Meanwhile in the US GPMTV or UK Amazon, Apple most new films are 4k. Doesn't make any sense!
Does anyone know how to get this to play in 4k. Advice I received before was to play it in YouTube in 4, however this is only displaying as 1080p
