    We have been to Wadi Rum few times and it’s a place like nowhere else- the natural beauty is just outstanding. They filmed Martian, Star Wars etc in these location and just so much to see.
    Stayed in tent locations and it’s ok for few days not sure about 7 days though.. but a must visit place and country on earth

    This doesn’t include the transfer there into the desert and the evening meals. They will charge you for this also. Soo it’s not as cheap as you might think…just warning you

    It would be pretty bad luck to be flooded out in one of the driest countries in the world. This is tempting but I think I’m getting too old for camping.

    Stayed in a tent for two nights. It was more than enough. Doing activities was around £50 (during 2019).

    No Wi-Fi. Shared bathrooms with hundreds of others.

    You can pay for more premium tents. Maybe would have done this if I went with a partner but with just a bunch of guys we went for the cheap one but still had a good time in them!

    Great price, question is what you'll do for 7 nights in the desert. And more important, how much will cost meals for the rest of the day, clearly you'll not have access to the corner shop. Transfer to reach the destination may be cheap, the transfer back, may be a different story😃. Hot! (edited)

    Sure it's cheap but paying to sleep in a tent with shared bathroom is my idea of hell, wouldn't do it if it was free

    7 nights is a bit long to be in Wadi Rum

    I'd recommend going to Sun City camp instead.

    No matter where you stay in Wadi Rum, the drinks will be very expensive so bring your own. (edited)
