The nuts are the source of nearly all the fat- of which three quarters is monounsaturated and polyunsaturated.
Unfortunately it is not yet common knowledge that the low fat diet is one the most unhealthiest. This isn't helped by websites such as the one above providing bad advice based on (now debunked) theories from the mid 1970s.
