Not the only ingredients tho are they?
Compare with the entire ingredients list of a Nakd bar for example:
' Ingredients: Dates (40%), CASHEWS (40%), Raisins (14%), Cocoa (5%), a hint of natural flavouring'

Just think it's important to point out you might as well just eat a chocolate bar than one of those Jordans Cereal Bars, they're really not healthy for you.
