I'll wait for a 'Used - acceptable' one to appear on Warehouse, if only to read how they describe its condition
Love the question asked on the Amazon listing - 'is this brush dishwasher safe?' !
babydriver02/02/2020 13:55

I still prefer paper!

Agreed, but the brush does deliver a totally different sensation.

So I found myself on Amazon now looking at toilet brushes for the last 10 minutes.....hadn't planned that for my relaxing Sunday afternoon.

Smart toilet brush?
Does it tell you to scrub harder or that it needs changing or does it diagnose the faeces and sends a msg to your Gp?
Smart toilet brush which definitely knows it's *hit!
What makes this so smart? Apart from the slim factor and the fact it is flexible, which are good 'features' can't see anything smart on it. Nothing against the deal, but it seems companies use some 'strong' words in description for the sake of it.

Pressure washer does the job. Does leave the rest of the bathroom in a mess though.
You'd perhaps be able to argue it's "smart" in the wizarding world if it came pre-enchanted with an automation spell.

But magick isn't real .

It’s smart because it doesn’t drop plastic into the toilet bowel, which in turn goes into the water system etc, like standard toilet brushes do.
£1 basic Wilko one does the job
Where I work, I've seen people clean the whole toilet with a toilet brush, pan, cistern, seat.... not a new brush either.. nasty...

Smart doesn't have to mean something electronic/new technology, it can just mean it's a smart idea
The one in the picture is the Plus version and not the one for sale at £11 on Amazon it seems. No storage in the £11 one. Also £11 at John Lewis with 2 year guarantee

The next version will be Smart and AI Assisted!

Braun have a toothbrush that is "AI"; AI my arse, which neatly brings us back to Toilet Brushes.

We did try one, but went back to paper in the end!

I don't think it's rust.
Amazing toilet brush...we have two...best bog brushes I have ever owned by far!

I was not referring to 'smart' as in electronics. While this is probably a good product, I can't see anything smart about it, but that's my personal opinion, maybe others see it differently.
"Anti-clog" What a lovely feature...

There is a used one, but missing 'bonus material" which I'm really glad about !!!!
I bought this last year and it's pants!!! The brush isn't rubber as I thought, it's like some kind of hardish plastic that doesn't bend that well. It doesn't clean the toilet rim as well as I'd thought. Wish I'd of saved me money now and stuck with a cheapo Ikea one.

Ikea ones are actually the best ones to use,
the idea of a flexible brush is completely pointless, along with chucking bleach down there
You do need some flexibility to get around corners. Our pan is a modern style that is shaped like a sideways D unlike an O, so this brush doesn't get into the nooks and crannies as it doesn't cater for angles.

If you need an angled head, heat the end of the brush with a hot air gun to soften the plastic, then bend it slightly
On the subject of this, haven't been to center parcs for years, do they still have those toilets with the very flat pan in order for you to peruse your motion before flushing?
Hopefully it'll still be available tomorrow.
I always buy the £1 ones at the supermarket & repkace often. I think this is a good design but as soon as it got mucky I'd just throw away. Might be a good design. Not voted either way
I think these are a great advance - easily rinse clean. Holds less water so holder doesn't get mouldy and horrible. Have one and just bought two more for rest of the house.
Does this work with Amazon Alexa or Google home?
Guarantee with this kind of thing is pretty useless. I returned an unused toilet brush to John Lewis once as I changed my mind and the assistant freaked out, refused to exchange it.
Thanks, I bought a used like new one last week in the 20% off warehouse deal and it came without a brush and cost more than £11 so just reordered, hopefully it will be complete this time.

Yes it is, although the sweetcorn causes issues with the dishwasher filtration.
