    Knife blocks are rubbish. Perfect little breeding ground for nasties. Get a wall magnet

    They are crap. The paint comes off easily and they don't look good any more but on the other hand they are sharp

    After the whole kamikoto knife situation, if they don't specify the type of steel used then its likely the standard cheep steel used in most knifes.
