For anyone that doesn't realise, the pair sold seperately are Neon Red Left and Neon Blue Right, which is the opposite of the ones that come with the Neon Switch console. So you will have both left and right Neon Blue, and both left and right Neon Red.

You want blood? How about 3% topcashback through their ebay shop ?
3%?....that makes it better...but I hope some nutter sells these for 50quid.....I'll bite then or very close to that price.....
Nearly there on price. Didn't realise these were opposites to bundle colors!
Hot! I bought these at £70 a few months ago...had to be done to play 4 player mario kart. Might get another 2 for Monopoly...
Do these include the middle section that you slide them into to turn them into the standard controller? I'm weighing up whether to get a pair of these or the Pro controller
Hope it’s ok to ask, I’ve bought a switch but do they come with the chargers or do I buy one separate like the 3ds xl? I’m just wanting to make sure what he gets in the box is everything he needs to play xmas day games seperate I get that lol
Sounds like a sex toy
The power supply comes in the box. The dock is plugged into the wall socket, and to charge the console, just drop it into the dock. If the controllers are attached to the console, they will charge. There is also a USB slot on the dock that will allow you to plug-in a pro controller to charge, so nothing else is needed to get up & running. The only extras I’d really recommend are a screen protector, a micro SD memory card (at least 32gb), and a case for when in portable mode- these are all pretty cheap to buy now:)

No. The Joy-Con Grip that comes with the console is not sold seperately by Nintendo either afaik. Third-party ones are. Nintendo sell a Charging Joy-Con Grip which has a charging port built in

Get the pro controller. Night and day for ergonomics, comfort for long sessions of Zelda
However, if you aim is fairness for Mariokart or similar, more joy cons would be the way to go I'd say

Isn't there some crap being flung about the dpad on these pro pads? I've ordered an older style plain black one and have concerns come xmas i'm going to have awful controls with the dpad

I think the difference is that on the joycons the d pad is made up of four individual buttons - one for each direction. On the pro controller, it is a single physical button that can be pressed in each direction. Some people really dislike this but for me, ergonomics is more important and i have no issues at all with the pro controller

But the joycons can be used in loads of different ways, the flexibility options are superb.

1. You can attach them to the tablet screen.
2. You can use them on their own.
3. You can use them with the strap attachments.
4. You can use them with the official (or other brand) comfort grips, that makes them more like a traditional controller.
5. There are also other variations of option 4.
6. And all those rubber cover options to.
7. And they are fairly easy to customise, thumb grips for a start.

Good battery life too?

I am going to give the joy cons a fair crack. I have not bought a pro controller, as not convinced it is essential.

I have not bought a Pro Controller either. I really like playing with Joy-Con's separated, 1 in each hand, free style. I have soft silicone covers which add a bulge to the lower back which I like, but I would like a larger grip solution for playing 1 Joy-Con in each hand.
Is there going to be more opposite side joy cons released? I have the original Green/Pink pair. Would quite like the chance to get the opposite sides for each, and have 2 x Green and 2 x Pink.
