Hundreds of these in stock, could be a good idea if you have a swimming team to get them all the same colour maybe.

Enjoy ;-)

Can cold voters give me a reason why, thanks. Please dont just vote cold if its a deal that doesn't appeal to you. If anyone finds one any cheaper i'd like to know, cheers.

Does seem cheap, but they were only £0.63/£0.69 before and similar prices on ebay. Not sure if 12p white/14p coloured is that much of a saving unless buying over 200?

Keep all the nasty bad aids off the head.

thanks just ordered

Lol :thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:

Good find though, Strangly Im after a few of these at the moment

Swimming caps don't keep your hair dry do they...?
They've never kept mine dry anyway.

I still use them though, to reduce chlorine damage (for anyone that's interested: wet hair beforehand so it'll absorb less chlorinated water, apply a barrier - i use boots 'sun and swim' protection gel (or something like that) then put your swimming cap on  )

I've got a few silicone swimming caps, are the latex ones much different? Which are better for your hair?

Thanks for that deal, just what my daughter wanted & only 55p delivered.
Bargain of the century:-D

Always have to get a new one of these every year when swimming lessons start for my kids at school, as the one from last year always disappears.

Might get a bunch of them and sell them on the black market in the playground ;-)

I thought that was a picture of Gail Porter for a minute

Great find, just ordered - grab them before they are gone!

Silicone hats are more expensive and much thicker, last longer and don't get gumed up and stuck together like latex, however you can't write a childs name on silicone and they "disappear" very quickly, the latex ones will split and perish quite quickly unless you use talc afterwards to dry the hat with the added benefit that it wont pull on hair as it goes on. As a swimming teacher I absoluely hate the cloth hats kids turn up in, waste of time, don't keep their hair dry and float off on a whim, grrr.

Here's a better site, prices start at 15p for a national cap swimshop.co.uk/cat…EXC

I guess that depends on how many you want to buy (as op mentioned bulk buy for swim club etc., or the other tongue in cheek mention to re sell) or whether or not any thing else on their site tempts you because in the swimming world Swim Shop are generally the provider of choice. A quick tot up in my head would make a simple purchase of 4 the same cost and 5 a better deal (even more so the more you buy), but horses for courses eh?

To be honest , buy a silicone hat. As an ex swimmer, i would definatly only by a silicone hats they last so much longer , hurt less when putting one on and also just generally feel better when wearing it.

A good use we found for latex hats were that if you get a few people together in the pool each grab an edge of the latex hat and move the hat up and down at the same time in the water , the hat will slowly expand, after a while you can make a latex hat strech enough to be able to get somebody to actually sit in the hat. Our record was 4 small people in one hat .

You must of got bored of swimming then lol. I can imagine the horror on that poor childs face whos latex hat you stole.

Na its all good mate, all the competitive swimmer used silicone when they came out so used the old redundant ones hanging around in peoples kit bags. :-D

Was always good for a laugh after training was over.

*No Kids were harmed in the latex hat fun, lol.
