Edit. Oos amazon. In stock AO

I purchased this in 2018 for 5 quid more. Having had a cheaper machine this is definitely worth the upgrade. Self cleaning function and the special extraction process make this produce a superb coffee every time. Very tunable too.

I was even more pleased to see a small cafe using one for its coffees for a few years, suspect this could last as long as the larger electricals in the kitchen

I have had a Jura for eight years, it's the Miele of coffee machines - expensive but class leading performance and extreme longevity. And it makes great coffee at the touch of a button !

They had this one on AO.com just before Christmas with a discount code for £480 if that helps anyone because they may do that deal again.
Order now and we'll deliver when available.

They will get this in stock again.....

Great deal. They still have in stock

Ao deal
I'm still running an 11 year old Z5, Jura are great quality and home repairs/parts are available to keep them going. This is a good price for a new machine.

Complete convert to these. Rarely use a mug now. They are pretty robust too

What are they called?
Are these better then sage

Different product really. Sage are great but depend upon a degree of time and skill to ensure consistency. If you have limited time to spend making coffee go for this. Plus o

They do sometimes drop in price. I bought for 15 I think.
I'm happy with my mug, spoon, kettle and jar of coffee.
And the change in my pocket.

I think you'd find actual beans will be cheaper?

For instance a jar of Nescafé Azera instant coffee, which is meant to replicate the taste of an espresso, costs £5.49 for 100g, which makes 55 cups of coffee at 9.98p each. In comparison 250g of Lavazza Espresso ground coffee costs £3.30 and makes 37 cups at 8.9p each.

Depends on the machine I suppose, a French press is cheap...

I bought slightly bigger ones of these from a deal on here! Hold a nice latte, filter coffee or even a tea

That’s the beauty of choice
Sage or la pavoni gets my vote. However, I'm currently using a delongi dedica with non pressurised portafilter and it's working a treat.
Think the Jura’s still out on this one.

Beans I use are roasted locally and very fresh. Interestingly thus means they release some of the C02 used in processing leading to more foam
How much better are these over a delonghi magnificia s? Considering an upgrade
great price, i have an older model, f50 that has dispensed nearly 12 000 cups. For the first 9000 cups it only needed descalling. inside most of the juras have the same brewgroup, which are pain to access but can be relatively straightforward to fix as there are plenty of parts on ebay.

A big selling point for me was the self cleaning aspect of this. There is no area that can hold grounds and mould.

So for this machine it would be 6p a cup before maintenance. Cheaper than nespresso

My feeling about these machines is that the coffee tastes so much better than the highstreet and you tend to savw money that way too.

Can't beat some fresh beans. I'm not saying mine look any better, but I just have a manual delonghi and my results are always widely different every cup

Have replaced a Magnificia S with this machine 3 weeks ago. The espresso the E6 makes is in a different league! It's much quieter in operation
The cleaning regime is a bit different.
Overall a nice upgrade!

How does the size of the unit compare? Very tempted 😁
Worth checking tje jura outlet site - they have as new e60's on there for less than 500 with 25 month warranty.

I think the e6 and e60 are essentially the same machine....

It's a touch bigger all round. Mostly wider.
I also got the Bluetooth add on I wouldn't say it is the sickest addition ever but it is quite useful.
I've not use the milk part of it. I have my coffee black and the wife just chucks some milk in from the bottle
Edited by: "weaselchops" 12th Jan
Is the milk thing on these machines a bit annoying to clean or is it easier enough ?
