Obviously this is still expensive if Nescafe Gold Blend is your idea of perfect coffee, but if you're a connoisseur chances are you've probably already heard of Jura.

AO.com had this unit in their Black Friday sale for the same price, and it went OOS very quickly.

Amazon are out of stock too - but they are taking orders on them. No idea how many they have left but bearing in mind the saving you're getting - it's worth a punt if you want one.

Instructions to buy:
1. Click link
2. Click where it says "6 new from £449.00"

Very tempting i have a franke bean to cup its older machine but still works fine but looking for a smaller machine.

Will this make coffee as nice as Maxwell House?

Never been round his house but I am sure it will.

Bit steep.

Temporarily out of stock.

Yup, but it's not a misprice, so one would presume that Amazon will honour it. They were previously selling at this price (albeit for a very short period - they price matched AO).

Be careful, I THINK this is the one I saw in John Lewis massively reduced to clear a couple of weeks ago, after checking the reviews on their website all 4/5 reviews said that they totally failed after 6 months, hence why they're selling so cheap.

Amazing coffee whilst working though I'd imagine, these machines are great usually.

John Lewis are still selling it - at £895. It also does come with a 25 month warranty, so should be fairly safe. I don't personally have any experience of Jura (but have one on order with Amazon now), but they appear to be well regarded. I think as purchases go you're pretty safe with Amazon direct though.

My last office had a £5000 Jura machine - it broke down many many times. At least it was serviced and the supplying company provided a replacement while it was out for repair. Made lovely coffee tho - I'm not sure I'd trust the manufacturing quality tho.
In my new office, I've just bought a £400 Delonghi bean-to-cup. If it breaks in year 1, it's back to Currys... if not then #win - still cheaper to buy new ones than keep support the Jura.
