Steven Spielberg returns to executive produce the longawaited next installment of his groundbreaking Jurassic Park series, Jurassic World. Colin Trevorrow directs the epic actionadventure based on characters created by Michael Crichton. The screenplay is by Rick Jaffa and Amanda Silver, Trevorrow and Derek Connolly and the story is by Rick Jaffa and Amanda Silver. Frank Marshall and Patrick Crowley join the team as producers.

22 years after the events of Jurassic Park (1993), Isla Nublar now features a fully functioning dinosaur theme park, Jurassic World, as originally envisioned by John Hammond. After 10 years of operation and visitor rates declining, in order to fulfill a corporate mandate, a new attraction is created to respark visitor's interest, which backfires horribly.

Hey, thanks for posting. Could you confirm which store you found this in please?
No thanks. Not even sure I'd buy it for a quid. Alright I probably would.

I bought it in Tonbridge but they said they would be national
£2. In Poundland.

£2.

In.

Poundland.

Error. Error. Does not compute!
Don't bother, £2 is too much
They should pay people to watch this film. Absolute garbage.
I'm presuming that it's not the film in the picture as that's the first jurassic world and not the second one that's the fallen Kingdom. There's loads of the first one pictured in loads of stores around me..
Also dawn of planet of the apes, the martian 3d, Xmen apocalypse 3D and several non 3D blurays too. People that complain that stuff aren’t all £1 in poundland have to realise these stores had to adapt or struggle and possibly go into administration.
Maybe change name to 2 poundland to satisfy the natives 😁

I'm a huge fan of the franchise and I have to say I found Jurassic World to be a good film with spectacular special effects. Obviously nowhere near as good as the original Jurassic Park but I enjoyed it nonetheless. Even with the excessive amount of product placement (Pandora, Samsung etc).

Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom was an average to poor film which sent me nodding off though, and I'd not wish to watch that again.

Oh that's my bad, I thought this was for Fallen Kingdom.

I enjoyed Jurassic World too, which is why I was so surprised that Fallen Kingdom was so dismal!

Edit: looks like it was first listed as Fallen Kingdom and then changed, which would explain it!

Is this the second hand ones shrink wrapped up to look new with often the digital code already used ?
They say NEW on them. It would be against the law to wrongly describe them

Think most of the ones labelled as New are New but I have seen some people say on other forums that a few of the ones labelled as New look like they are second hand. Possibly if its labelled as New and there are multiple copied it increases the possibility its new
In three of the Poundland’s in my area there’s loads of blu Ray stock left on the shelves. Talked to one of the managers there and he said since they put the price up by £1 they’re struggling to shift the stock in store. I remember when Poundland used to do blu rays for £1. It was a scramble to get your hands on any blu rays.
I understand the newer blurays they get in are £2 each but films like this one were originally £1 and now they bumped them up to £2.
I used to go in and check all the blurays but since the price increase I dont bother really anymore unless someone spots a really good deal (like hereditary)

Think Poundland need to reduce some of the stock thats not moving to £1 or just price some Blu rays at £1 (eg lesser known movies or less popular movies) . People may be willing to pay £2 for TV boxsets or recent/popular movies but some movies may take a long time to shift or not sell at all. Noticed some of the Blu that they originally sold at £1 are re-appearing at £2. They may be making more money on £2 blu rays but if they have alot of unsold stock they may be loosing some of this profit. Also some of the Blu rays may be cheaper elsewhere (particularly the used ones)

Replay is the secondhand range. …Replay is the secondhand range. https://www.poundland.co.uk/leisure-and-entertainment/cdsMay be a one off as new ..

Rather confusingly Replay has a different meaning on the CD's and the Blu Rays that Poundland sell. On the CDs they are all second hand (as far as I know) but on the Blu Rays they have two stickers one says "replay quality guaranteed pre-owned fully refurbished" which is the second hand Blu Rays the other says "replay quality guaranteed NEW" which is New Blu Rays. From reports on other forums it seems possible that on some Blu Rays the wrong sticker may have been put on (e.g it has a NEW sticker instead of the pre-owned sticker).

For DVDs on the website they describe the replay DVDs as "Replay DVDs are a mixture of ex-retail, warehouse and privately collected stock that has been fully refurbished." as on the webpage below

Any that say ‘replay new’ on the stickers outside of the cellophane are new, inside the cellophane though are usually used and too many are slipping through with the ‘new’ sticker underneath the wrapper - I’ve had a few but all have been as good as new even if potentially are not
