Well that went a bit off topic!
I've still got credit from the last time this offer came up - any reason in the T&C I can't buy it again?

Why yes... they may be the stats but as someone whose account is setup to troll Uber deals on here, I wonder if there is an ulterior motive? (Source your posts over the last year)

Here’s one from yesterday. Hope it’s current enough for you. news.met.police.uk/new…956
I have taken advantage of this, but there are alot of negative reviews, Doesnt look good!
Hi OP, is there another code that brings the price down to £3.75?
The code FINDOUT didn't work for me the day or when I tried again now.
Thanks
I used this yesterday (loads of codes out there for Groupon..I could only get it down to 4 quid). Some thoughts.

I'd tried the app a few times and it seemed fine but when I first came to actually use it it said I had a weak GPS connection and the app struggled to open - I was inside a building.

Standing outside the building it took 4 minutes for the app to pick up a signal. When it did pick up the signal it thought I was 1 street away and I couldn't change it so I had to drag my kids on a 2 min walk to get the taxi.

I registered the app a week before I used it. About 4 days later I got a 'free £10 off your first journey voucher' by email. This would have to be used for your first journey, so before the 20 quid.

The £20 promotional credit shows on each of the booking and confirmation screens (along with the card details of your card in case you go over 20) and I'd no problems using the credit. Once my journey was finished I got an email confirming the charge to my card for the journey was 0.

I think the service works well but the app shouldn't use a GPS lock. I used the 20 quid voucher as a one off to get my kids home from the theatre on a trip to London. I didn't have time to faff about getting the app to work better.
