RRPs a p*ss take, but saying that there is some good prices now in the sale. HOT.
I got mine, the large bag and the carry on, they are excellent quality, i noticed the larger bags are no longer on site, oos :-(
Anyone get this luggage, mine was cancelled?
Would anyone realistically buy a bag from a company that CBA to take internal photos of the bag - see Q&A at the bottom of the manuafacturers product page http://www.underarmour.com/shop/us/en/ua-armour-elite-backpack-bag/pid1229087 EliTom
strange I posted the same deal earlier and It's freezing. How bizarre.
The RRP! RRP: £249.99 Price: £49.99
[quote=crashtestmonkey]hmmm. They have the Dauntless backpack reduced from £35 to £19.99. Wiggle recently sold it for £10, supposedly reduced from £20 (deal posted here). Are all their other rrps so inflated? Cold on the basis their sale prices match rrps. edit: duffle and sack pack cheaper here- plus free postage, plus topcashback, plus free returns with Collect+ That is one option on the wiggle site. The rest are cheaper than other retailers selling these items. So if you we're looking for something other than the dauntless version it's not a bad deal.
Cheapest large luggage bag on eBay is just under £80.
postage seems the killer aswell have seen some of these bags on ebay with free postage

the anti golfer attitudes are worse than the golf snobs, as long as you can play you are welcome at my cluub, which is why it is thriving... old school values are killing alot of snooty clubs and good riddance to them, but dont comment if you dont play them game
no they are not, thats utter tosh graphite shafts are better if you have a slow swing, thats all. These clubs are not actuall that bad, i play off 10 and a colleague (beginner) brought them to a company golf day actually surprised they are stainless steel head and the shafts are fine. he asked me to hit some shots to see and I would liken them to old callway bog berthas.
Cant comment on that personally but i can agree. The last time i bought a set of irons was 10 years ago and my last lesson was longer than that.
Graphite shafts are too whippy for beginners.
Not really, at beginners level a cheap graphite shaft will be just as bad as a standard steels. Plus that a pretty poor price for the choice of clubs, the small bag with little storage. Granted it is a better selection of clubs as you could go out an play a round with them, where as the founders set would require you to obtain a putter at least. (I'd advise beginners not to worry too much about a driver to start with as the club naturally makes you focus towards 'how far can i hit this' rather than getting a consistent swing) Maybe the title is a bit off the mark, as i said i would have bought this bag had i not just bought one. :(
need a few items or else the postage wipes out the decent prices
I bought one of the fleeces they arn't bad for the price
Even from a golf widow these 'bargains' wouldn't reach the tee for most name branded golfers knowing how particular they all are about their gear.
I've used them a few times. The £50 free postage is a little high but all the stuff comes very quick, just a couple of days.
Not much of note except for the winter gloves which I purchased from elsewhere for almost twice the price but are great for the winter golf mornings I will vote hot for the gloves alone and don't see much golf stuff on here at all
yep agree with Siawdwel beginners find it hard to any iron below 5 with consistency 6 to Pw is a good starter kit get a cheap utility wood an putter gives a cheap starter set Have a bit of heat
Why would you want a 3 iron if starting off in the game ? Hardly anybody uses a 3 iron now including many professionals. Utility clubs appear to be the way forward. This set with a 19 and/or 22 degree utility club would be fine. Most sets sold now are either 4 to PW or 5 to SW (both 7 clubs)
Sorry but 6-PW is not a full set, it's not even a half set. Better off to buy a second hand half set with alternate irons ie 3,5,7,9,SW or 4,6,8,PW along with a 3 wood and putter.
Buy some tees at £1.99 or buy two.:)
Nice stocking fillers for family. thanks.
£14.99 on their ebay account
+ £2.99 postage (unless spending over £10)
