i have one and its great!i just use the usb stick now.no need to burn cd's anymore

Always wonder how they get the previous prices...look at bottom...says:

£199.99 between 14/09/09 and 14/09/09 inclusive.

So it was £199.99 for 1 day. Hmmmmm wonder what it was before that?

Sorry...must comment on deal. Quick google suggests about the same here delivered:

caraudiodirect.co.uk/jvc…eps

Cold from me then.

rather get one with added bluetooth

I got a very similar JVC unit (KD-G351) at xmas ( 56 quid from Amazon) - the only significant annoyance is that when switching from radio to USB stick it can take 15 - 30 seconds to read the stick before playback starts. This is b;loomnin annoying if you've got the radio set to traffic announcements only, during USB playback - that's with a reasonably fast 2GB stick. Given the similarity this might well apply to this unit as well, I'd definately try before buy on this one.

Oliver - seeing as you have one, and im thinking about this coz my one is knackered, can you tell me...

if i put all my tunes on a usb stick in folders by album name will it display the folder name to navigate to each album? Once inside that folder does it then display the name of each track ?

Also could i then break it down even further to say... Dance > Tiesto > SongNames or Rock > Foo Fighters > SongNames etc etc.

Seems a small display on the front but can you do this ?

Halfords are awful for Car Stereos, somewhere like www.caraudiodirect.com are always cheaper. Infact just checked, it's £72 at Caraudiodirect, and it always has, no need for special promos.

I suppose the only real advantage is Halfords offer fitting (Can be useful for some people) and you can see what you're getting.
