Use £10 off on 02 priority even cheaper £129.00

cracking deal and i didn't realise NOW was "now" HD....

I think NOW is only 720p - as is the screen in this deal...
Do you think this is good deal?

sky is only 720 p

Will this be okay for ps4

It is OK as a TV for the bedroom but not as a main TV. Just remember this is not made by JVC. They do not sell TV's in Europe but licence out their name.

Lmao!

I would feel disappointed and let down if I got this from Santa.

The girlfriend got one of these for the spare room, does anyone know if there is a hack to make the DVD player region free?

We bought one last week, Its OK for the money, and the Now Tv box adds on demand to a non smart TV. As has been said its a PCworld exclusive, with a JVC badge. It plays 1080 but is really a 720 screen however we wanted it for the kitchen, its not the main TV set so absolute quality wasn't the priority, more size and weight as it had to fit a space and be wall mounted.

Its perfectly fine, couple of points the reviews missed, it has an analog tuner as well as digital, so while no use for broadcast TV but means you can use it with some older games console that have a TV output. It also support Audio return over one of the HDMI's, and has a VGA PC input (and can take the PC's sound too) and a Common Interface Card (ie what Top up TV used) but I don't know of anyone using CAM's now.

DVD player was reported as a little noisy, no-idea doubt I'll ever use it, its a PC Laptop style drive on the DVD, not sure if it can be region hacked, the key would be to find out who's the OEM for the TV and try their hack codes.

Last point is I'm not sure how much I'd rely on the VSBee review, they rated the tv 74% for Wi-Fi, and 96% for a memory card reader and 97% for NFC. The TV has non of these, it has a USB socket but no card slots. However its not a smart TV and won't play many movie formats.... If your looking for a TV that plays anything this is not it, although adding the Now TV (or a Raspberry Pi) would be an easy way to add those features to it.

oos

Try searching on LT-24C340.

There's 4 separate entries on the website:
TV plus a Now TV box of your choice,
TV + sports pack,
TV + movies pack and
TV + entertainment pack.

Store stock is probably more variable, You pick up a TV and pick your choice of Now TV pack off the shelf. There's not the 4 as "packs" as set stock items, just the TV stock in hand.

Have you tried a US disk?

It looks like its a Vestel inside from lookin on the web, so when you in DVD mode with no disk on typing 9735 should bring up a dvd region menu should but does not.

Try going to the DVD with no disk in and enter 97350 to set it to all regions, not sure if mine was already region free or that code made it so..

You, my good sir, are a star! It did come up with 'incorrect region' but now works with the US discs we have thanks!

All DVD players should be multi-region out of the box nowadays, it really winds me up that they still bother trying to limit what people can buy.

Can u use xbox one on this tv

It has HDMI input sockets so should be fine...

Hi. I have connected a magic eye via the rf aerial as I did for my previous tv but it doesn't work. Does anyone know why?

Sorry very late but just bought one of these for my mum! £55 on ebay so a bargain! Does the region free hack work?

Also is the quality ok for a bedroom? Sorry as its years too late
