Online price only. £249.00 in store.

Looking for a TV for the outhouse. Saw this in store, Not bad for 199, but not the smoothest picture, as it seemed like you could kind of see some fuzziness in it. I'd rather pay £30-50 more and get a clearer picture quality.

Always best to see before buying, as currys don't do a return if not happy policy.

It will be £199 in store tomorrow plus you can reserve and collect @ £199

It's a cheapo with a stick on badge, as are all JVC, Bush, Hitachi, Sharp, many cheap Panasonic and many more.
It amazes me that people buy cheap rubbish, then complain that it's cheap rubbish. If you don't want problems, buy a better TV. I'm sure no companies have unlimited replacement of product - especially because you're not happy your cheap rubbish tv, is cheap and rubbish...
I had a white JVC 40" and it was poorly made (gaps in the frame which bled light onto the picture) but amazingly light. Bizarrely the remote stopped working after 6 months and I got a full refund from Currys which I was very happy about - I don't think they are built to last...
Blah blah Turkey blah blah Vestel blah blah bad blah blah (_;)

You pay your money and you make your choice. Great if you are on a budget but you have to measure cost versus expectation.

I got mine the other day...pretty impressed with it...excellent HD picture. Not tried the PS4 on it yet. Can't really go wrong for a full HD 42 inch tv for £199.
thanks the reply mate, went with a samsung 40" instead - love it so far

The Ethernet socket does not do much and it does not activate iPlayer but it does have a USB socket where you can view videos etc.

Thanks, I thought perhaps it would allow you to view films stored on a network hard drive but can't find a menu for it.
