Dolby Atmos

Impressive sound isn't just limited to the cinema. The JVC TH-D588B 5.1.2 Wireless Cinematic Sound Bar with Dolby Atmos delivers 3D sound from ten speakers. So when that helicopter passes overhead, it'll feel like you're there on the side of the mountain.

Stream playlists

Listen to a new release, or load up your party playlist on your smartphone, tablet, or PC and stream it straight to the THD588B Sound Bar. You get an impressive 380 W RMS of sound power for getting lost in the music.

Optimised audio

With a selection of equaliser presets, you can optimise the audio for what you're watching. Switch to movies to feel the intensity of the action, or hear every word of the newsreader with the news preset.

Wireless subwoofer

To get the most out of your audio experience, you'll want to place your subwoofer in prime position. Thanks to the wireless design from sound bar to sub, you can do just that. Get yourself connected

Setting up your new kit doesn't need to be complicated. Avoid disappointment and make sure your system works straight out the box by checking you've got the right cables for your setup.

Don't fall for it...yes, difficult to get Dolby Atmos at this price and seems like a bargain...is not. They usually sell it for £199. Nothing against the deal, didn't vote cold.

Ahhh, i guess it depends on your definition of 5.1.4. wondering why they haven't integrated the woofer and six more speakers into the soundbar for a true 11.1.4 cinematic experience.

Sorry, I absolutely agree with you, was £299. So, despite the fact I had bad experiences with JVC, I will vote hot, as it is a deal.
Anyone know if this would be a big step up compared to the Sony ht-ct390? I got a 4k bluray player with atmos support but want to know if its worth getting this sound bar as an upgrade as current one doesn't have it.
Dolby Atmos from a soundbar, how adorably optimistic.

It's like getting a fiat 500 and sticking Porsche logo
