That seems expensive to me for what is essentially a Raspberry Pi, a few leads etc and a keyboard.

Not sure as I'm not a computer expert (I'm not trying to be rude) but thought it is cool and someone will like it...

I think it's a brilliant idea, brings back memories of coding on a zx81 over 30 years ago, gives a good basic grounding in the subject, that kids lost for many years. Heat added.

Plus £15 postage, so cheaper via Amazon, but heat added

This seems to be a raspberry pi kit so relatively expensive for the price

£50 here for a kit of essential bits thepihut.com/col…kit
Assuming you have spare cables, keyboard etc then can be done cheaper with buying just the pi and a case.
Kano os can be downloaded for free here developers.kano.me/dow…ds/ if you really want to try it.

I can't remember which but either call 18 or call 19 used to completely screws up the cpc. Lots of other weird function codes to mess up the CPC and get it to do crazy stuff
Check out JavaCPC if you have the time

Ahhhhh that green screen!!

The colour monitor was a good investment as well. A lot of amiga's ended up with a CPC monitor

Will be digging mine and it's monitor, out of the loft this Christmas, moving to California next year and it's one of the things I can't justify going into the container.

The last chance to show my boys what it was like when computers were fun.

I got one for my son last Christmas. Great present. It comes with lots of games and projects which teach kids the principles of coding. Can't recommend it enough.
