It's good enough for my car and patios. Cables could do with being a bit longer though.
Good price if you can find one.
The newer Karchers are virtually unrepairable and most people firk them up within the 1st year. Nowhere near powerful enough - anything less than the 4 series shouldn't be considered these days.

Oh, and my Karchers are approx 16 yrs and 28yrs old (well one came from a HDUK ALDI offer) and both would still pss over any of the newer models.

I agree, I was disappointed with mine, it is okay for the car, but it doesn’t clean the patio very well at all.

I used to think it was ok doing the driveway until a friend came round with his Honda petrol one. Ten times as good at least and in half the time. The Karcher hasn’t been out of the garage since.

Do you have a link? Are there any that are powerful enough to get most of the weed off to lol
Don't have any faith in this make. Went for Nilfisk as our Karcher crashed in no time, but of course, outside warranty!
Don’t do it not great

I bought one of these K2 models a couple of years ago for a similar price. Worked fine for 18 months (used about 4 times). Pulled it out of the shed to clean the patio this spring - it caught fire and gave me a massive electric shock. Not an isolated incident according to a few Amazon reviews. Beware - the quality of the machine doesn’t match the brand.

Holy crap. That's downright dangerous and surely liable for taking Karcher to court...catching fire and subjecting owners to electric shocks?

Initially I thought this was a bargain. My old K2 series from over 10 years ago is still going strong even now.
The patio cleaner attachment is the best of a bunch that aren't up to the job in reality. The foamer is okay but you'd get better results using a metal one available on Amazon. Sadly I made the mistake of buying this Karcher plastic one separately so having to use it until it inevitably breaks. The detergents aren't great at all...waste of time but might as well use them up for the sake of it as it's free.

I used one his week that looks then same. Defo same brand but possibly not power rating and I was thoroughly impressed

HOOSUKD!
Great deal so heat for the price. Doesn’t seem
to be very well made though mines already had to go in for repair as the motor stopped working.
Disagree with the comments above about not being powerful enough. To clean a driveway you don't even use it on the most powerful setting! For domestic use I don't see why you'd need anything more powerful.

Petrol pressure washers will take the paint off cars and damage wooden stuff if you're not careful. Most consumers should be ok with the electrical ones for most jobs!

I like the idea though of not need to hook it up to an electrical outlet. More convenient. Shame that you'd need the water input. Portable pressure washer with its own water would be amazing.

A lot of extra cost, smell, and noise for a bit of convenience. And the inconvenience of getting it out the shed after a long winter and having to service it and clean out a funked up carburettor might change your mind too.

That's also very true. Servicing and making sure it stays in running order is not easy in the cold months. Love the smell of petrol myself.
Costco do a petrol 6.5hp one for £250 - obviously a fit bit more but will outlast this 10 times over and far far more powerful

I didn’t know you could get these repaired ? I’ve got one about 12 years old that pours water out from the insides after I lent it to my brother in law who slogged the guts out of it and returned it ... worth doing to you think ? Who does repairs ?
