Am looking to try this snow foam cleaning method for the car and conservatory and found that currys come in cheapest for the latest karcher adjustable snow foam lance which has the larger 0.6l capacity.
I believe this fits all karcher models of pressure washer.
Then found via the detailing world forum that the demon snow foam solution comes in highly rated and is currently half price at wilko at only £2.99 a litre which works out a little cheaper than halfords 3 for 2 offer on the 2l bottles.
Link for the solution in next post.

Does anyone know if this will fit the Nilfisk range?

demon product are cheap crap in my experience. in order to get snow foam that works you really need the industrial stuff var washes use that actially eats the dirt on your car otherwise you will still need to wash by hand which defeats the purpose

I would say not, as the connectors are different. But you can buy an adapter to make it work.... i know it shows out of stock, but something like this.... clasohlson.com/uk/…121

I too would be interested in alternative snow foam solutions. From what i read snow foam is only meant to be used as a pre-wash anyhows. I have also since read that when it comes to rinsing off the snow foam, filling the detergent bottle with demon shine solution will disperse a lot of water greatly aiding the drying process. Think i will start with both of those solutions and see how i go.

Snow foam is not used to wash your car its used as a means of lifting most of the road grime off the paint and then off the car so that when you wash it after you don't scratch your paintwork by rubbing in grit. The industrial stuff the guy above is talking about is nasty strong stuff and will remove your wax coating as well meaning it will need re-waxing.

This will not work as a snow foam Lance.. It's a piece of junk.. You need a real one if that's what your after.. This is what I use, it's one of the best ones on the market..

I have one like that. I use it with Maguire's Hyper Wash and it works a treat.
I'm sure the Karcher one will be fine, they basically all do the same thing anyway.

i was gonna say this one as the dilution adjustment the same as the autobrite one. Admittedly karcher probably copied autobrite as previous lances didn't have this adjustment, and a smaller detergent bottle... like the more expensive one that halfords are selling halfords.com/web…231

I have the Autobrite HD. Its brilliant I use auto finesse avalanche snow foam and it makes a good thick foam if you mix it right. Going to try Autobrite Magifoam next.

The lance is pretty heavy duty as brass fittings whats good in my books as the Karcher one is cheap plastic

er, you are totally wrong, snow foam does NOT replace hand washing!! Snow foam purely a pre-wash, wait, rinse, shampoo wash, rinse, detail (various stages inc paint correction), wax

I wouldn't put demon junk on my 12 year old pug 307xsi let alone my new car
