I completely disagree..
I've had mine for 2 years and use it most weeks, it's never leaked or had any problems at all with taking condensation off windows, so i would definitely recommend it

Same here had ours for at least 3 years, never leaked works the same as it did since the day we bought it! Great bit of kit

Thanks Tacavas, I need one of these.

This is a good price but according to the camels it went down below £30 last black friday ish so I think I will wait.
as per my usual routine with these:
Id advise against buying this, it leaks and controller board corrodes, rendering the unit useless.

Its literally not worth the free postage.

These are great. Ours gets used daily drying the shower and occasionally on windows and helping dry the car after a wash. Must be at least 4 years old.
My wife bought one over 5 years ago and its used regular and never had an issue with itI even used to take it work so I could do my car inside winscreen in the morning for a quick getaway.
I bought one years ago and use it regularly for removing condensation from our windows. Also useful for removing condensation on the inside of my car windscreen without leaving the smears that other methods use.
Without doubt the most pointless gadget on the market.Friend had one tried and sent back.

Rubbish, I can clean all the moisture in the winter months in minutes,a micro fibe cloth is slow cumbersome, dirty and needs cleaning. Im on My second karcher the first battery gave in eventually after 3/4 years.

Completely disagree. If you have condensation on your windows in the morning these are a godsend! We use ours daily in the winter with no leaks or issues. Also use it to clean the tiles in the bathroom and inside of windows.
We've had ours for 5 years or more now with no problems.
You can get a cheaper one from the Karcher outlet too: karcheroutlet.co.uk/pro…022
Great saving.
apologies accidently clicked on cold.

hm now i'm undecided
the problem with the microfibre imho is one need s to drain it outside to avoid condensation building up from a wet microfibre indoors. On a cold day, doing so seems to let in more cold air, which also increases the condensation
No Problems after 3 years, only used on Windows condensation, battery is still working just the same.
I suppose it your luck if get a good one as seems a lot of Negs about it as well.
I will buy another no problem.

It's literally actually figuratively worth the free postage.
I use mine regularly during winter as the windows with blinds or kids blackout blinds collect lots of condensation. I've had mine for 3 years and going strong.

Been using mine daily in the shower for about 3 years or so. Also great for condensation on windows during colder months.

Fantastic bit of kit and wouldn't be without it.
Had mine years, best thing ever for condensation on windows in winter
Fair enough if your happy with your purchase that’s fine good luck to you I was just stating they are not very good as the majority of all brands fail and don’t perform very well I’ve seen some of the market return percentages and also tested several leading brands over a period of time. Batteries fail, they leak and streak but looking at the comments some of you have good ones. I prefer a micro fibre cloth to actually clean but agree this system of using a micro fibre cloth is not ideal for condensation build up

Does it work on curved shower screen ?
I have one but it's the power lead point that went first. I would say that was after 12 months of solid use. I used it for doing the car too as leaves a steak free finish on the paintwork. I will buy think and have the old one for spares ...
I have one of these.
I note most of the positive comments on here are for removing condensation, which I agree it's very good at.
However, using it to clean windows is another matter. I find it really frustrating and difficult to obtain a streak-free finish.
I've tried many different techniques (1. Spraying the cleaning solution, wiping with the provided cloth and then using the vac. 2. Spraying with the solution and using the vac straight away. 3. Trying the 2 different size (supplied) heads but all to no avail).
If you're thinking of buying one of these just to clean windows I would suggest sticking to windowlene and kitchen towel/microfibre cloth.

Exactly good review it’s sold as a window cleaning unit at this application it’s not very good. If you are going to spend £30 to £60 pounds on a machine you might be better of purchasing a wet vac that has a floor tool with a squeegee blade system as you have more power, more suction a wider pick up system and more collection capacity. You can always use this vacuum for other applications. Window vacs are not great
Anyone who has one of these got any tips for not having streaky windows after?
Got and used mine yesterday. Felt the need to post and say this bit of kit is more handy than you think. I have a young son always spilling his water at the dinner table, and this makes it easier for a quick clean. Works perfect on bathroom tiles and windows. Thanks OP
We have single glazed sash windows prone to condensation and I use this every day in winter it’s brilliant couldn’t be without it. Also as said above great if kids knock a glass of water everywhere. Granted I’ve only ever actually cleaned my windows with it twice!
Been desperately trying to find something to get rid of window condensation in the mornings. Reviews for this purpose look great. Ordered thanks!
