although p&p free if you spend another £20 in the same order ... good if there's something else you want

beat me to it.. aerghhhhhhhh!

Are these any good?

The Karrimor brand has suffered quality issues over the last few years. I have just taken back an 'up market' Karrimor sports bag as it fell apart.

had a rain jacket for 2 1/2 years now and not had any issues with it

your link not taking me there. went via google and cannot find a karrimor jacket for £30 of your description.

Cheers, needed a cheap jacket, you should add delivery price though

Probably because "Karrimor" is just a name now bought by Sports Direct, they usualy price it high then reduce it to look like you are gettting a bargain, dont fall for it !

Seems to be £49.99 now

Need to use the voucher code 'JACK' to reduce from £49.99 to £30.00

read the post, u need to put the discount code in which is JACK during checkout

the offer is while stocks last

Thanks for pointing that out.. sorry for scanning rather than reading

Leaving other negative comments aside it seems like a reasonable jacket for not much money. I have other Karrimor products and they have all given me good service. Was looking for something like this so have ordered. Thanks to OP. Hot

Thanks - that's worth knowing. The 'real' price is probably the £49.99 on Amazon, so it's a bit off that.

true, seems to be an end of season coat so they're all reducing this line but still a saving of £20 from the next cheapest

Free delivery if you enter E5OFF - £30 delivered for a good quality inoffensive black, water and windproof coat. Not bad methinks.

Where do you put E5OFF into?

Same Place as you put the jack code, just before payment screen.

Thanks op - just purchased

Karrimor backpacks used to be worth having and were backed up with … Karrimor backpacks used to be worth having and were backed up with lifetime guarantees. No longer is this true. Karrimor products are now no better than supermarket own brands, with a tendency to fall apart at the seams after only seeing light use.

That's more than enough for me - thanks. I'm giving this one a miss.;-)

Ordered one earlier and its dispatched already missed out on the free delivery..... voted hot!!

hello , i need to know, if this jacket is good for winter days.

Banned

did you use code JACK ? :whistling:

ordered mine yesterday - made hot!

Good fro price, still at 30 with the codes.

This is my first post, been looking for a winter jacket for a while now and for a Karrimor at £30 I couldn't really say no.

£30 plus free delivery when using the 2 codes JACK and E5OFF..

Thanks for highlighting this deal.

Trouble with Karrimor stuff is that the RRP of £99 is totally over the top but it allows Sports Direct to sell it at "70% off" which grabs people's attention.

But don't ever think you are getting a £99 coat for £30.......or even a £49 coat for £30.

This is £30 in store and at the end of the day you are getting a £30 coat for £30. You are not getting ripped off, you are making a normative saving, but the coat will only be a £30 coat. Not a "true" £99 coat with a 70% saving.

All perfectly acceptable of course and what Sports Direct thrives on.

I think I saw this for the same price in-store (Northampton) yesterday but not 100% sure. Worth checking if there's one near you and you want to save on the postage.

I just placed the order. BOTH CODES WORK. Thanks OP. Heat an rep aded.

Can anyone advise - when I buy the Karrimor coat & top my basket up to over £50 and add codes jack and E5OFF the Jack code is cancelled.

Dont seem to be able to use both codes on this order

Anyone else get this?

I saw this coat yesterday in Gilesports in Coalville for £49.99. The quality is questionable and the fleece is very thin, but for £30 it may be just about okay.

Personally I would probably look for a Regatta equivalent or even spend a bit more on something where you could respectively wear the fleece on its own or as part of the main coat.

Karrimor is a rubbish brand now a days. Its not the Karrimor of 10 years ago who were a highly regrded brand in the mountaineering community.

This jacket will be worth £30. Don't expect it to last too long though.

I

how warm will this coat keep you in a 3 Celsius conditions?

The one I saw was £99.99 with 70% off so £30.

If you saw this on a market stall or in Asda or Tesco for £30 without the "Karrimor" brand then you would not be as quick to buy it.

It is a £30 coat. Forget the Karrimor brand bit - that is just white yarn on a £30 coat.:-D

I went to the store to try one on today. Quality seemed pretty good to me, though I'm sure the serious ramblers looking at these will think otherwise.

You do get what you pay for and for £30, this seemed like a decent purchase.

so, is it good for winter? i am from slovakia , and here is during the winter , about -10 C. so what you think
