Looks like a good price but I think the 'Normally £129..99" is complete fabrication though.

You'd be looking at some high end boots for that price - not these boots.

They may well be great but as they appear to only be sold by SportsDirect (aka Field and Trek) you'll struggle to find any reviews.

As a comparison I got Go Outdoors to price match some Berghaus Explorer Trek boots and got them for a shade over £66. Granted you need a Go Outdoors card (£4 per year) and it's 50% more when you include postage but you get a 'known' boot with Goretex lining.

I agree with you, karimor is not what it once was. n it was bought out in 2004 by the sports direct group.
same with field and trek, which used to be a good 'proper' outdoor store.

Bought a pair. They felt comfy in store, but later, after less than 1/4mile of walking were causing pain to my ankle adjacent to top inner lace hook. Not fit for purpose maybe?

Worn once and returned within 3 days.....Guess what ... Field and Trek store were NOT INTERESTED in resolving this.
