Got the ladies one last year for about £30. Good coat, been through snow, wind and rain and it's kept me dry and warm.
Oh, and I'm tall but it's still long enough to cover my bum

99 is a bit extreme for a karrimor jacket!

They normally sell at £49.99, but £27.99 still seems like a decent price for a 3 in 1 jacket.

This company is going from strength to strength lad.
£30 good but £99?

Nothing is cheap at these outlets, there is always a catch...just the worst retailers out there...I dealt once never again

The Karrimor stuff at Sports Direct is almost always really poor quality.

Can't comment on this particular coat, but be aware it's very difficult to get your cash back from them if you're unhappy. They'll give you a store credit without too much fuss if you can prove the goods are faulty but for a full refund you'll have a fight on your hands.

Ordered once from sports direct, said my delivery was complete and I had no package, never going through them again.

A cheap bottom of the range outdoor jacket. What idiot would actually believe this jacket is any good?

I've ordered once from Sports Direct online, was for a couple of pairs of goalkeeper gloves. Came promptly, without issue and with a free giant mug (don't know why but can't complain). However I purchased this coat in store, for 27.99 I don't think you will find a better deal for a waterproof jacket+fleece. Obviously at that price its not recommended for Bear Grylls style survival and horrendous Arctic storms but for British weather and winters it will more than suffice.
Got mine to tide me over through the winter until I choose a better coat to last me the years after my Berghaus gortex was stolen. Warm, waterproof and doesn't look bad.

karrimor is just one of the companies s.d own and trade on their good name and. reputation whilst running that rep into the ground by reducing quality down to lowest common denominator. I recently replaced a karrimor rucksack that had 10 years of abuse. The new model started falling apart after a few months.

What do u ladies like your bottom covered with?.....

ah! Good old Sports Direct, take a once great brand, farm it out to some cheap Chinese labour, add a stupid RRP and then advertise it as reduced, mix in some poor customer service... and you are on to a winning formula. Joe Public loves it.

I can't comment on the jacket, haven't tried it, not a bad price but not discounted. Spend a bit more and possibly find something better in Decathlon or Millets (who owns these now? don't say SD!?)

I have a proper Karrimor rucksack and top still going strong, 15 or so years old was great stuff.

Well. It will make a good jacket for work over the coming months. .

poo direct lived up to the name.

KARRIMOR £99 oO i think they forgot to write Per Dozen huh

I have some Karrimor walking boots that I wear every day and despite my scepticism, they've been excellent and are still waterproof nearly 2 years later.

Worth noting that this sort of jacket will lose its waterproof-ness over time and you'll need to use some sort of wash in treatment to get it back again.

Still, cheap enough...

Two Years!? Do you walk down the shops in them?

I bought a pair of Karrimor Surge walking boots (presumably named after the surge of water that engulfed my feet whenever it rained) Those boots lasted me less than 2 months before they fell apart. I promised myself never to buy anything from Sports Direct ever again!

Bejeezus

Friend of mine had same experience with Karrimor walking boots. He's big and scary though and managed to get a refund. Reckoned the tread had completely worn away in less than two months and the store assistant asked if he'd been walking on roads at all because they weren't designed for that..... The conversation didn't last long .:D

millets and Blacks are now owned by JD sports, so seems it is either JD or sportsdirect as 2 main chains

Being someone who works there the policy is if the tags are still attached and the goods are unfaulty we can give you a gift card if you have the receipit, if not we can let you exchange straight away. They only way we can actually give a refund if something if faulty (no matter how minor, as long as it is faulty. We can then give your money back after consulting with a manager. Just thought to try and help you a bit with the policys if someone is being odd with it

I have had no problems with Sports Direct always got my items on time from them you get what you pay for as always.

I'm a bit late to the game, but it's back up to £49.99 now
