Not sure why you would want to pay this much JUST for the anti-virus product.

There have been deals for the whole Kaspersky Internet Security product at about the same price or a little more, like this:

hotukdeals.com/ite…3-/

There are also plenty of free anti virus products for home users such as Avast, from here:

avast.com/eng…tml.

My "paid for" AV / Firewall subscription ran out last week, since then i have install Avast Home edition and it seems fine so far.

Why pay all this when you can get complete Kaspersky free with Barclays

I am not opening a bank account with sodding Barclays just to save a couple of quid on anti-virus software. :lazy:

This is a great deal, especially for the 2009 edition.
However, I'd have a look out for this in The Works, they often sell the previous year's version of Kaspersky Anti-Virus for £7.99, which you can then update for free to the latest version from the Kaspersky website using the license key obtained. Not sure if they still have them on offer but worth a look if you want it for slightly cheaper.

:thumbsup:I agree AVAST is brilliant free one

If you just need anti virus then go for AVG, it's completely free and well recognised. If you need firewall too, then the Internet Security version would be the way to go.
