Kaspersky allows users to migrate licence keys from previous versions of the software to the latest version for free.

This applies to new and existing licences.
(Only Kaspersky v7.0, 2009 or 2010 products apply.)

£12.98 is a good deal for a 3 user licence since a retail version of 2011 is about £27!

Plus 4% quidco could make this £12.46

Sorry for the hijack. Barclays gives a copy of this to all its customers.

Cue all the "I've got a free program that never finds any viruses" posts

FleaBay has some inexpensive upgrades for 1 user & 3 user licenses ( 1 user 1 Year Internet Security for £4.49 inc delivery ).

i picked up a 5 licence one down at the works for 5.99

This applies to all OS's, but especially if you are running XP....

If you want to upgrade to the 2011 version, DON'T install the 2009 version from the disk as you will need to completely remove every trace of Kaspersky before upgrading anyway. Just download the 2011 version from Kaspersky's site and enter the serial from the 2009 disk and register it as normal.

2011 seems to be much better/faster, thanks i didn't Know it was out. like madrugada say's you have to uninstall kis 2009/2010 first, but you can keep you're settings/licence.thanks op, best price at the mo for this. got mine at the works tho.

for the 2011? I must check it out today... I pad £4.50 for 2009, then upgraded as above to 2011, easy enough..
