    This ban is only for government owned systems, and it's not like kaspersky Antivirus stops working as soon as you enter USA borders... please stop spreading misinformation 🙃
    I am on US vpn a lot, and it's not like my antivirus stops working every time when I connect my vpn. It works fine, it connect kaspersky servers just fine, and it is updating the virus database fine...

    "One thing to be alert to with the new range, if purchased online, the subscription begins on purchase date, not software install date.
    Another thing to be alert to, to 'activate' the software, it must be synchronized with (your) MyKaspersky account."

    You dont have to sign in to my kaspersky account, I didn't have one for a very long time when i was using a 5pcs license. The only thing you need to do is manually type in the license key on every device you want to activate on this license. Now, when I am on 20pcs licenae, I've found that a centralised account works better...

    How about paying a little extra and getting a cybersecurity package that isn't made from a nation state thats invading raping and torturing it's way around it's neighbours whilst threatening to launch nukes or assisinate UK officials if they stand up to them? I means there's a half decent free one installed by default. Avast ultimate 3 year 10 device keys are about £7 on kinguin and other key sellers if you need it.

    I used this when it was free from Barclays. They ditched it on government advice many years ago without providing a replacement. I now use Bitdefender.
